Taste and See
Psalm 34
1
I
will
extol
the Lord
at all times;
his
praise
will always be
on my lips.
2
I
will
glory
in the Lord;
let
the afflicted
hear
and
rejoice.
3
Glorify
the Lord
with me;
let us
exalt his name
together.
4
I
sought
the Lord,
and
he
answered
me;
he
delivered me
from all my
fears.
5
Those who
look to him are
radiant;
their
faces are
never covered
with
shame.
6
This poor man
called,
and
the Lord
heard him;
he
saved him
out of all his
troubles.
7
The angel of
the Lord
encamps
around those
who fear
him,
and
he
delivers
them.
8
Taste and see
that
the Lord is
good;
blessed is
the one who takes
refuge in
him.
9
Fear
the Lord,
you
his holy
people,
for
those who
fear
him
lack nothing.
10
The lions
may grow weak
and hungry,
but
those who
seek the Lord
lack no good thing.
11
Come,
my children,
listen to me;
I will teach you
the fear of
the Lord.
12
Whoever of you
loves life
and
desires
to see
many good days,
13
keep
your tongue
from
evil
and
your lips
from
telling lies.
14
Turn from evil
and do good;
seek
peace
and
pursue it.
15
The eyes
of the Lord
are
on
the righteous,
and
his ears are
attentive
to
their cry;
16
but
the face of
the Lord
is
against
those who
do evil,
to
blot out
their name from
the earth.
17
The righteous
cry out,
and the Lord
hears
them;
he
delivers them
from
all their
troubles.
18
The Lord is
close to
the brokenhearted
and
saves those
who are crushed
in spirit.
19
The righteous
person
may have
many troubles,
but
the Lord
delivers
him
from them
all;
20
he protects
all his bones,
not
one of them
will be broken.
21
Evil
will slay
the wicked;
the foes
of the righteous
will be
condemned.
22
The Lord
will rescue
his servants;
no one
who
takes
refuge in him
will be
condemned

주를 경외하는 자를
둘러 진 치고
그들을
건지시는도다

선하심을
맛보아 알지어다
그에게
피하는 자는
복이 있도다

여호와를 경외하라
그를
경외하는
자에게는
부족함이 없도다

젊은 사자는
궁핍하여
주릴지라도
여호와를
찾는 자는
모든 좋은 것에
부족함이

와서 내 말을
들으라

여호와를
경외하는 법을

사모하고
연수를

네 혀를
악에서
금하며
네 입술을
거짓말에서
금할지어다

악을 버리고
선을 행하며
화평을 찾아
따를지어다

여호와의 눈은
의인을 향하시고
그의 귀는
그들의 부르짖음에
기울이시는도다

여호와의 얼굴은
악을 행하는 자를
향하사
그들의 자취를
땅에서 끊으려
하시는도다

의인이
부르짖으매
여호와께서
들으시고
그들의
모든 환난에서
건지셨도다

여호와는
마음이 상한 자를
가까이 하시고
충심으로
통회하는 자를
구원하시는도다

의인은
고난이 많으나
여호와께서
그의 모든 고난에서
건지시는도다

그의 모든 뼈를
보호하심이여

하나도 꺾이지
아니하도다

악이
악인을
죽일 것이라
의인을
미워하는 자는
죄를 받으리로다
