The River of Dreams

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
From the mountains of faith
To a river so deep

I must be
looking for something
Something sacred I lost

But the river is wide
And it’s too hard to cross
And even though I know the river is wide
I walk down every evening and
I stand on the shore

And try to cross
to the opposite side
So I can finally find out
what I’ve been looking for
In the middle of
the night

I go walking in my sleep
Through the valley of fear
To a river so deep
And I’ve been searching
for something

Taken out of my soul
Something I would never lose
Something somebody stole

I don’t know why
I go walking at night
But now I’m tired and
I don’t want to walk anymore
I hope it doesn’t take the rest of my life
Until I find what it is that
I’ve been looking for
In the middle of
the night

I go walking in my sleep
Through the jungle of doubt
To a river so deep

I know
I’m searching
for something

Something
so undefined
That it can only be seen
By the eyes of the blind
In the middle of the night

I’m not sure about
a life after this

God knows
I’ve never been a spiritual man
Baptized by the fire,
I wade into the river

That runs
to the promised land
In the middle of
the night

I go
walking in my sleep
Through the desert of truth
To the river so deep

We all end
in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We’re all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of
the night

Take The First Step

Take The First Step

Take
the first step
in faith.

You
don’t
have to see
the whole
staircase,

just
take
the first step.

그저

TO SAVE THE WORLD

TO SAVE THE WORLD

For
God
so loved
the world

that
he gave his
one and only
Son,

that
whoever
believes in
him

shall
not
perish

but
have eternal
life.

For
God
did not
send his Son

into
the world
to condemn
the world,

but
to save
the world

through
him.

John 3: 16-17

이는

저를
않고

영생을

아들을
것은

세상을

세상이
구원을

Big Yellow Taxi

Song by Counting Crows

They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot
With a pink hotel, a boutique
And a swinging hot spot
Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know
what you’ve got
til its gone

They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot
They took all the trees
And put ’em in a tree museum
And they charged the people
A dollar and a half
to seem ’em

No no no
Don’t it always seem to go,
That you don’t know
what you’ve got
Til its gone

They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot
Hey farmer farmer
Put away the DDT

I don’t care about
spots on my apples
Leave me the birds
and the bees
Please!

Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know
what you’ve got
Til its gone

They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot
Hey, now they paved paradise
To put up a parking lot

Why not?
Listenin’ late last night
I heard the screen door slam
And a big yellow taxi
Took my girl away

Now,
don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know
what you’ve got
Til its gone

They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot

Hey now, now
Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you got
Til its gone

They paved paradise
To put up a parking lot
Why not?
They paved paradise
To put up a parking lot

Hey hey hey
Paved paradise
To put up a parking lot
I don’t want give it
Why you want give,

Why you want
give it all away?
Hey hey hey

Now you want give it,
Ah she want to give it
Cause she givin’ it all away

Now now now
I don’t want give it
Why you want give,
Why you want give it all away?
Giving it all, giving it all away
Why you want it?

Why do you want it?
(She’s giving it all away)
Hey pave paradise
Put up a parking lot

He Remains Faithful Forever

He Remains Faithful Forever

the Maker
of heaven and earth,
the sea,

and
everything
in them

 the LORD,
who remains
faithful
forever.

He
upholds
the cause of
the oppressed

and
gives food

The LORD
